I haven’t found many places in Kentucky, but there are a few high quality spots. One example is The Silly Axe, which is an amazing gluten free restaurant in Louisville,KY. It’s run by a celiac and the entire draft list is gluten free.

I have to tell you that Miami Style Tacos sounds amazing and I wish we had them here in California. The kitchen is entirely gluten free and every food item is GF and safe to eat at Miami Style Tacos.
They frequently serve guests with celiac disease. Miami Style Tacos shared with me that the beer and margaritas are the only items which aren’t gluten free at their shop.
Miami Style Tacos is about fun, fast, fresh, & flavorful food with friendly service. There are no deep fryers, microwaves, freezers, ovens or can openers. Everything is made from fresh ingredients.

The Silly Axe Cafe is the only dedicated gluten free restaurant in Louisville, Ky.
Chef Angela Pike was diagnosed with celiac disease and decided to open a 100% gluten-free restaurant to give others with food allergies a place to eat.
They have a great menu and are constantly changing the menu to keep things fresh for celiacs who want to return over and over again. Keep an eye on The Silly Axe Facebook page for their latest announcements and menu additions.
