Here are entirely gluten free places to eat in Louisiana. They have 100% gluten free kitchens so you don’t have to worry about gluten cross contact making you sick. So far, I haven’t found many places in Louisiana but I will keep adding to this list as time goes on.

The owners are a husband and wife team, Charity and Adam Jones. Charity was driven to make delicious gluten free foods because several of Adam’s relatives have celiac disease.
Butter Bakery began at home and it eventually grew into this fantastic location in Monroe. For Charity, the bakery is about serving the community and making delicious, airy gluten free items that everyone can enjoy.

If you want to eat at a 100% gluten free and dairy free restaurant for lunch, For His Temple is a great place to go. It’s the only locally owned certified gluten free and dairy free restaurant in Louisiana.
For His Temple don’t have a set menu because they cook using fresh seasonal ingredients, so the menu specials are constantly changing. You can find the menu for the week posted on their website, Facebook and Instagram.
Their dining room is open from 11-2 for lunch. You can dine in, grab food to go, or even have GrubHub deliver your lunch order. They also have a cooler with take out dishes and casseroles that you can easily heat and eat at home.
